64 Audio Custom In Ear Monitors now offered in Los Gatos

We are proud to announce that Silicon Valley Hearing in Los Gatos is now an authorized provider of 64 Audio custom in-ear monitors. Custom IEMs are useful for musicians, audio engineers and audiophiles and help them listen to music or to hear a mix of vocals and/or stage instrumentation for live performances or recording.

Why IEMs instead of stage monitors?

To understand the difference between In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) and stage monitors, there are a few key points to consider. IEMs can provide a much better experience for both the performers and the audience. For one, they don't need to be cranked up to high volumes to be heard, which can help with ear fatigue and reduce the risk of hearing damage. Additionally, they can provide a cleaner, neater stage, making it easier to move around and reducing the chances of taking a spill in front of the audience.

What is 64 Audio?

64 Audio manufactures and distributes equipment for musicians and audio engineers, including custom in-ear monitors, universal (non-custom) in-ear monitors, earplugs, amps, cables, adapters and live monitoring equipment.

Models Now Available

We will be offering the following models at our Los Gatos clinic:

A3t In-Ear Monitor

The A3t is a new custom fit in-ear monitor with three drivers. It features Tia technology, LID, and 64 Audio's patented Apex and 3Dfit tech, all at a lower price point. The goal was to create a reference monitor that could challenge products with a much higher price tag and exceed expectations - and it has succeeded perfectly.

The A3t is perfect for audio engineers and musicians looking for a neutral, balanced, and musical reference monitor for live and recorded performances. With the A3t, 64 Audio has set the bar even higher for custom fit in-ear monitors.
