In accordance with the latest CDC and Santa Clara County Public Health guidance, masks will be required for entry into our office, regardless of vaccination status.

For all new patients and existing patients that we have not seen in over a year, we will be asking you for your vaccination status upon scheduling of your appointment and your arrival in our clinic.
